A first of its kind crossover at Make Space- CHEESE & CLAY!
Sunday April 7th we will be hand-building ceramic snack boards (& more!) at the studio, with an “intermission” culinary lesson from our friends Bluebird Growers.
Attendees will learn the process behind making a labneh-style cheese. We will get to enjoy the freshly made “demo” products for a snack break, and finish up by adding color to our carved boards! Cheese boards will be slow dried and clear glazed, ready to pick up in 2-3 weeks.
While some snacks and drinks will be provided, guests are also encouraged to bring their favorites to class for inspiration! Ages 21+ may indulge in adult beverages, always.
